You Are Beloved So You Can BE Love

Find Peace In God’s Steadfast Love

Finding Peace in God’s Steadfast Love

There are weeks when we extend grace freely to everyone around us— yet struggle to offer even a fraction of that same kindness to ourselves.
Today I want to offer a gentle reminder of something foundational to our faith: we are loved. And His love is steadfast- not going anywhere. We are his daughters, loved unconditionally and cherished by Him.

Scripture Focus: Psalm 73:23–26

“Yet I am always with you;
you hold me by my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
and afterward you will take me into glory.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
And earth has nothing I desire besides you.
My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart
 and my portion forever.”
I hope this passage offers encouragement: we are guided, sustained, and strengthened by God’s love—not by our own effort or perfection.

You Are Beloved by God — Not Because of What You Do

You are beloved by Jesus—not because of how productive you are, how patient you feel, or how well you “hold it all together.” You are beloved simply because you are His. This truth matters deeply for women who feel pressure to perform, achieve, or constantly improve. God’s love is not earned—it is given.
When you truly know you are deeply beloved, you are free to be love. You can move through your days with:
  • softness instead of striving
  • compassion instead of criticism
  • grace instead of self-pressure

A Faith-Based Mindset Shift for the Week Ahead

As you step into this week, consider inviting God into the way you speak to and care for yourself. Ask God to help you:
  • Be kind with yourself
  • Release unrealistic expectations
  • Rest and find strength in His presence
Even on the days your heart feels tired or your strength feels thin, God remains the strength of your heart and your portion forever. This is a promise you can return to again and again—especially in seasons of overwhelm, doubt, or weariness. Let this truth anchor your mindset today!

Reflection Questions for Christian Women

Take a moment to reflect or journal through these questions:
  • Where do I need to extend more kindness to myself this week?
  • What would it look like to live from a place of being beloved, not striving?
  • How can I allow God’s love to shape how I treat myself—and others?
