Instructions
- Add the lettuce, shallots, and lemon zest to a bowl.
- Add all dressing ingredients to a mason jar and shake to combine.
- Immediately before serving, add lettuce to a serving bowl and toss with dressing to taste.
- Top with cucumber, shallots, green onion and lemon zest.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and more red pepper flakes (optional) and serve.
