- Add olive oil to a large skillet and sauté garlic and onion. Then add ground chicken and cook until browned. Add frozen cauliflower rice, frozen edamame, cabbage, soy sauce, and fish sauce (if using). Cover with a lid and cook for 5 more minutes or until the veggies are cooked/soft.
- While waiting, toast sesame seeds in a separate pan (can also skip this step and use un-toasted).
- Serve in bowls topped with toasted sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro and hot sauce (if using). Enjoy!
