Protein Peanut Butter Cups
These Protein PB Cups are everything you love about a classic peanut butter cup — rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter center — but made with simple, better-for-you ingredients and a boost of protein.
They’re naturally sweetened with maple syrup, made with natural peanut butter, and balanced with vanilla protein powder to make them more satisfying and blood-sugar friendly than the store-bought version. Keep a stash in your freezer for those late-night chocolate cravings or post-dinner “something sweet” moments.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix protein, PB, powdered PB, syrup and H2O.
- Form into small balls and flatten into discs.
- Microwave chocolate and oil until melted. Stir.
- Pour small amount chocolate into mini muffin mold, top with the peanut butter disc, and cover with more chocolate. Top with sprinkles/sea salt, if desired.
- Freeze 10 minutes. Store in freezer.
