- The night before, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy in individual-sized blender cup.
- Cover and put in fridge overnight.
- Enjoy your pre-made breakfast the next morning. If the shake too thick, stir in a few splashes of almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
