  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender to combine (about 10 seconds)
  3. Pour into a greased 15"x10" sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool and cut into 8 squares. Serve immediately by themselves or use to make breakfast sandwiches.

Notes

  1. You can reheat leftovers in the microwave for easy breakfasts all week.
  2. These also freeze wonderfully. I love to make a double batch so I can use the second tray to pre-make and freeze bagel sandwiches. I just pop each one in a ziploc bag. Great for breakfast on-the-go or an easy grab-and-go lunch!
