This Healthy Costco Chicken Bag Salad keeps the convenience (yes, we’re shaking it in the bag) but upgrades the ingredients. Creamy Greek yogurt pickle ranch replaces the packet, fresh celery and green onion add crunch, and bold spices bring depth without artificial flavors.

Instructions

  1. Add base ingredients (shredded chicken, pickle de gallo, cucumber, celery, and green onions) to the Costco chicken bag or gallon ziploc bag.
  2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a blender cup and pour dressing directly into the bag.
  3. Seal tightly. Shake, flip, and gently massage until evenly coated.
