Perfectly baked sweet potatoes are sliced open and filled with creamy almond butter, sweet banana slices, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a dusting of cinnamon. This wholesome, naturally sweet breakfast is rich in fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants—keeping you nourished and energized for whatever the day brings. It’s a cozy, nutrient-dense twist on toast that feels indulgent but fuels your body with lasting goodness.

- Split open pre-cooked sweet potato and reheat in microwave. Drizzle with nut butter and top with sliced banana. Finish with a sprinkle of chia and cinnamon. (Add a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of flakey sea salt, if desired). Enjoy!
