Instructions

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar, cover and shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Just before serving (don't mix too soon or lettuce will become soggy), add mixed greens to a large bowl, add dressing to taste, and toss to combine.
  3. Top with sunflower seeds, bacon, red onions, cucumbers. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and crushed red pepper, if desired.
